Becoming Grand Champion
Every Play To Win offers participants the opportunity to earn the event's highest honour:
GRAND CHAMPION.
But Grand Champion is not automatically awarded.
Throughout the three days, you'll earn points through games, challenges, participation and performance. You can win individual medals along the way, but becoming Grand Champion requires you to meet the established criteria across the entire Play To Win experience.
If nobody meets the standard, there is no Grand Champion.
That's happened before. The title isn't given simply because someone has to win. It has to be earned.
You don't need to pursue Grand Champion to get enormous value from Play To Win. Come to learn, compete, participate, meet people, challenge yourself and establish your own benchmark.

Can I bring my family and children with me?
Absolutely. Play To Win is designed to be a safe, family-friendly environment, and children are welcome to attend with you.
We encourage families to experience Play To Win together. The games and activities create opportunities to play, learn, communicate and grow together, while giving you a completely different way to experience each other.
Children should be old enough to participate appropriately in the activities and remain engaged during the event.
Can I bring my business partners, colleagues and co-workers with me?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Play To Win gives you an opportunity to see how your team communicates, collaborates, makes decisions and performs under pressure. Experiencing it together can strengthen relationships and reveal strengths and development opportunities that are difficult to see in everyday work.
Since this is a free event, it is just a pitchfest?
No. Play To Win is a genuine three-day experiential training program, not a three-day sales presentation. There is a brief opportunity to learn about other Frontier programs, but the overwhelming majority of your time is spent participating, learning and playing.
Why are the hours so long?
Play To Win is an immersive three-day experience, designed to take you well beyond what can be achieved in a typical seminar or workshop.
The extended hours give you time to participate fully in the games and challenges, work with different people, receive feedback, reflect on what you're learning and then put those insights immediately back into practice.
The days are long, but they are active, varied and highly experiential, so you won't be sitting in a chair listening to presentations for hours.
Can I come in and out during the course?
Play To Win is designed as a complete three-day experience, with each activity building on what came before it. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to attend the entire event from beginning to end.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but regularly coming and going will significantly reduce the value of your experience and can affect the teams you're working with.
For the best experience, plan to be fully present for all three days.
