Too often we sell out on ourselves by accepting or committing to far less than we can actually accomplish. During Circle of Champions, you will be asked (and pushed) to set goals and make commitments that WILL stretch you well outside your comfort zone. The exciting thing about that is that everything that we want to gain is outside of our comfort zones. If it weren’t, we would already have it.

Change happens by making thinking on a larger scale and truly pushing ourselves past what we think is possible. Every exercise in Circle of Champions will be an opportunity for you to see how far you are willing to go to achieve greatness.

INCREMENTAL IMPROVEMENT

If you ever watch Television, listen to the radio or go to seminars, you know that we are saturated with the idea of getting instant and effortless results. As we well know, this ideal is a fallacy. If we want to be a masters at any given field, we must be committed to constant, incremental improvements. Massive change just won’t happen over night, but by taking small steps on a consistent basis, getting coaching and modifying where necessary mastery is possible.

During Circle of Champions, Incremental Improvement will be an ongoing theme. It is not about being perfect the first time or pushing yourself so hard that you break, it is about knowing your limitations and working through them diligently and incrementally to make it to the finish line.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Have you ever made a commitment when someone was watching, but as soon as they were gone gave up because you were too tired, too frustrated or just too uncommitted to follow through? Most of us have at some point, but what good does that do? Real change happens when no one is looking; when it is up you and only you whether or not you will persevere and succeed or take the easy way out and settle for mediocrity.

Having ‘accountability partners’ can be a great support system, but at the end of the day if they are not as committed as you are, YOU must make the choice to keep going when the easy option is to stop. In Circle of Champions, you will have many opportunities to practice just this. This event is all about you being your own competition, beating your personal bests and breaking through the barriers you have set for yourself.

MODELING MASTERS One of our key areas of study within Frontier Trainings is that of World Leaders. We find that by studying leaders of all arenas from business and government, to musicians and artists, athletes and activists we can learn so much about what methods we can use to achieve ultimate success.

In Circle of Champions, we will study many leaders such as: Michael Jordan who was constantly polishing his weaknesses until they became his greatest strengths; Roald Amundsen who studied, trained and prepared for his journey to the south pole years before he finally braved it and ensured his entire team’s safety and success by keeping a rigorous schedule, staying mentally aware and focused and never letting himself, or his team, slide.

Studying these world leaders not only gives us shining examples of success, but allows us to see their pitfalls and what mistakes we must avoid through our journeys.

COACHING AND FEEDBACK

As in all Frontier courses, Circle of Champions is heavily grounded in the principles of being ‘Hungry for Coaching’ and keeping the mindset that ‘Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions’. How hungry you are for this coaching and feedback will largely determine your success in the course.

There will be opportunity after opportunity to see how good you can get at a particular skill. Each piece of coaching will be targeted to raising your level of body awareness, improving your ‘mental bandwidth’ and getting you to take your commitments to the next level.

VISUALIZATION

Lastly, we will explore the power of visualization, manifestation and purposeful dreaming. Imagine if you could tell yourself what to dream, dream it and then watch as it comes true. With the proper tools and training, this is possible. Dreams are a powerful tool that most people don’t properly understand how to utilize (if they realize they are a tool at all).

Along with learning how to track, seed and visualize your dreams, you will create personal declarations and manifestations to help you reconnect with your purpose, rewire your psychology for success and put you in a state of empowerment and motion.
