BACKGROUND
When we teach in our training room we allow our students to get up and share what they are experiencing during the games and exercises. We often hear profound words from the students that trigger emotions in us. One student, named Lori Cheung, was on stage and she was sharing deeply about how Frontier was such a special place for her. That is felt like a home as soon as she entered and we were her family and she said the words ‘I Belong'. Rick and I immediately turned to each other and agreed that was the name of a song.
Rick and his partner Hugh James used phrases from our training room to put together this song which we dedicate to Lori. It is truly the theme song of Frontier and our philosophy of learning and of life.

This was one of the first songs I wrote in 2001 and it sat for quite awhile and it was not until I caught up with Rick again that I actually had it worked into a song. I love what he did with this song especially with the instrumental part in the middle that almost sounds like a waterfall.

I wrote this song to immortalize some of my favorite world leaders. This song was a risk by itself because it was a big difference from my normal cadence and follows more of an Irish limerick model. Rick did an awesome job pulling it together. You will notice one flaw in the song. It says Columbus sailed east for Spices. Well of course he sailed west for China and the Spice Islands but found American instead. So here is the song blooper. We decided to leave it in there and see if people listening actually know their geography!!!
I have since got incredible portraits of all these people that hang in my meditation room so I get to spend personal time with all of them which is incredible.

Pedal To The Metal is one of our biggest and most impactful songs that goes with our game of the same name. This game is based on NASCAR and the building of Lego cars as a team building exercise to simulate pit crews.
We have played this at every Play To Win and it is amazing to watch the students hear it the first time and when we play it a second time they get up on their chairs and dance.
Our goal is to have this song recorded by a major artist and have it playing at Talladega in front of 200,000 people.

In one of our programs called TransBeing the students who are learning how to tap into different energy on stage as a presenter get to dress up as fairies. For many of the tougher guys this can be a challenge but once they get into the mindset and freedom it is incredible to watch them express, move and be free.
While we were doing one course I saw Maud from Ireland and I was inspired to write our own song for the fairy dance and sat down and wrote these words in under five minutes. When Rick wrote it he changed less than five lines and the whole music came to him effortlessly and I think this song truly is magical. That is fairy energy for you!!!

To me the word Truth invokes timelessness. When I was looking for a theme I came up with a church style hymn. Originally there was much more duplication of the lines as there often is in church hymns but when Rick went to work his magic on it it came out perfect just like this.
You could certainly change ‘your light' to ‘His Light' meaning Christ and this could definitely be a modern day Christian hit. I love the underlying message of this song.

Survive to Thrive is one of the most powerful and important games Frontier Trainings teaches. This game talks about creating win-win in a tough, challenging environment. We get to see how many people can walk their talk. A lot of people talk win-win and yet given the chance to demonstrate it they resort to conflict, fighting, ignorance or taking from others. I wrote the lyrics for this song in the training room so we could have our own theme song for this game.
The emotions of the room are so high when the students come in with the military theme they are not listening to the words of the song even though most of the answers are given to them in the song. When Rick recorded it he created it with an eerie apocolyptic feeling especially with the instrumentals in the middle filled with gunfire and helicopters. Powerful song that brings back many memories for students.

We created a course called TransBeing which means Change Identity or beingness and the students get to be in 12 different archetypes that presenters can teach in. As I teach as so many different ‘faculty members' I have over 105 personalities that I bring into the training room. This opens the question ‘Who am I' really at the core. This song is tapping into the idea of we can be everything as unlimited beings. This song became the theme song for the entire course and my personal theme song about my identity and who I choose to be on the planet.

10. Pretty – It’s a Pretty World
BACKGROUND
I was sitting with Rick outside the training room at one point and he was saying, as two of my beautiful girls approached, ‘Clinton, you certainly surround yourself with all the pretty girls!'. When the girls passed by I mentioned it to them and their response was, ‘Well of course!!'. We all laughed so much. I went inside and wrote this song in under five minutes and handed it to Rick. Next break he went outside and put the music together for it and for the rest of that event, the girls were singing that song and it became the theme song of that event.
Those two girls and one more from our company went into the studio and recorded it with Rick and it sounds incredible and now it became their personal song. Love It!!

12. Outrageous – Rock This Town

BACKGROUND
In one of courses about public speaking we do a section on stage presence by getting students to become rockstars and get up on stage and sing. Ricky ‘Rockon' Robinson from ‘Ricky and the Razors' hosts the night and for a while he was singing songs of other rock bands so we finally decided to write him his own signature song. This song became ‘Rock This Town'.
When Rick recorded it he added in the effect of a huge crowd, helicopters and announced that Ricky & The Razors was the number one rock group in the world. When Ricky heard that, he made a whole lot of demands. First he demanded a tour as all rockstars go on tour. So the ‘Cut the Crap Tour 2009' was announced. Secondly he wanted an entire album so his new album is being worked on. Thirdly he wanted a limo. That is in the works ;o)
My son ‘Aidan' LOVES this song. When he was 15 months he started dancing to this song and would wake up during the night saying ‘Clap Clap Stomp'. This song rocks as you shall see.
