Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Transfers

If you are not planning to attend, you must contact us immediately in order to avoid forfeiting the entire course with no credit or transfer. You are permitted to send someone else in your place; you must send written notification with that person’s name and contact information at least two weeks in advance of the program’s start date. You must email notification to: clientcare@frontierhost.wpengine.com.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel from the time of registering to 90 days before the original, registered event you may get a full refund less a $100 processing fee, 89-60 days there is a a 25% penalty, 60-30 days 50% penalty, 30-15 days there is a 75% penalty. Within fifteen days you may only transfer the event to another time. If you have any further questions, please email Client Care at clientcare@frontierhost.wpengine.com or call during office hours at 909 578 5824.

Transfer Policy
If you wish to transfer to an event held later, you may do by sending a request in writing to Client Care one month prior to the event. If you wish to transfer an event within one month of the start date there is a $100 transfer charge.
